About us

Joanna Squire - Founder of Future.Ready.People Ltd

I’m Joanna, and my career has centred around people, reward and capability, and leading organisational change. With experience spanning both corporate and not-for-profit sectors, I’ve developed a passion for aligning people strategy with business needs. 


Currently, I serve as the Non-Executive HR Director at Grosvenor, a family-owned business, and work as a an external advisor for charity Boards through Future Ready People. I also chair the People and Nominations Committee at the Royal College of Occupational Therapists. 


Across these roles, my focus is clear: understanding what businesses truly need from their people and helping the next generation of talent prepare for the evolving world of work.

The world of work is ever-changing, along with business requirements for the workforce. My mission is to ensure that future generations feel prepared for the challenges that come with these changes. Here at Future Ready People, we strive to assist both organisations and employees to understand and adapt their ways of work to align with future goals through our consultation services.

Understanding the present capabilities of the workforce is essential in understanding areas that need improving and adapting to meet future business needs. This helps to understand skill gaps, outdated business structures and opportunities to innovate.
